Babakov in front of two parties

The vice-speaker of the State Duma – one of the leaders of «A Just Russia» Alexander Babakov leaves party and plans to enter the «All-Russia People’s Front» of Vladimir Putin . His application will be considered by the Perm regional department next Monday. Only the «Fair Russia supporter» confirms that Babakov leaves and doesn’t regret about it: he has ceased himself to be useful for the party. Others confirm that Babakov nowhere leaves and splits in the party yet.

Russian prosecutors have appealed against a decision by a French court to release two luxury yachts allegedly belonging to fugitive Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky, the Prosecutor General’s Office said on Monday.
The French appeals court canceled a previous court decision to seize the yachts earlier this month.

Many people were killed and at least eight injured after a Tu-134 passenger aircraft with 43 people on board crash landed in Russia’s northern republic of Karelia, Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said on Tuesday.
The plane en route from Moscow to Petrozavodsk crash landed on a highway one kilometer (0.6 miles) away from the airport, where it was scheduled to land at 0.04 Moscow time on Tuesday (20.04 GMT Monday).
